Paula has been in mortgage lending for 24 years and has been with us at Schaefer Mortgage for 19  of them making her the Loan Officer with the most tenure!  Her knowledge and integrity coupled with her compassionate nature keeps her customers coming back to her as their mortgage needs change and/or family members grow to a  new generation of homeowners.   

Prior to Mortgage Lending, Paula was a Paralegal at Wiggin & Nourie Law Firm in Manchester, NH.   Cooped at Ropes and Gray Office Law Office  in Boston, MA while attending/grad Burdette School of Boston.

Paula has lived in the Concord area for 21 years.  She and her husband have three children.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and services pastorally;  one of her dearest is her long time ministry to the homebound thru St. Paul’s Church as a Eucharistic Visitor.

Paula naturally does a lot her business in and around the  Greater Concord area where she has been a long time affiliate member of the Concord Board of Realtors, but her referrals can and do lead her anywhere in the state of New Hampshire!
